Booking

Courses may be booked by telephone, e-mail or in writing.  If booked by telephone, the booking must be confirmed in writing within 7 days of the original booking.

Cancellation of bookings by Customers

Should you wish to cancel training courses already booked, the following charges will apply:

.       21 days or more prior to start of booked course  - no charge

.        14 -21 days prior to start of booked course - 50% of cost

.        0 - 14 days prior to start of booked course - 100% of cost
